Bajra
Bajra- also known as the pearl millet is a coarse grain crop which provides good nutritional benefits and is suitable for being grown on a dry land. It is an important part of the Indian diet and is also occasionally used as animal fodder. Bajra is a traditional Indian food and holds its importance in the staple diet as well.
